TASKS
WITH US

Administrative Tasks:

  • You organize appointments, meetings, and travel for the team
  • You handle internal and external communication
  • You perform classic office and administrative tasks (filing, documentation, data maintenance)
  • You support the team and ensure smooth daily office operations

Operational Support:

  • You maintain and update our corporate presence (website, social media, presentations)
  • You support ongoing projects – from preparation to implementation
  • You collaborate closely with other departments to make our processes lean and efficient

What
you
bring

  • A completed commercial education or comparable qualification. Career changers are also welcome!
  • Initial experience in assistant or office management roles
  • Organizational skills, initiative, and a structured work style
  • Enjoyment of communication – both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in digital tools (MS Office, Social Media)
  • Interest in sustainability and enthusiasm for e-mobility
