TASKS
WITH US
Administrative Tasks:
- You organize appointments, meetings, and travel for the team
- You handle internal and external communication
- You perform classic office and administrative tasks (filing, documentation, data maintenance)
- You support the team and ensure smooth daily office operations
Operational Support:
- You maintain and update our corporate presence (website, social media, presentations)
- You support ongoing projects – from preparation to implementation
- You collaborate closely with other departments to make our processes lean and efficient
What
you
bring
- A completed commercial education or comparable qualification. Career changers are also welcome!
- Initial experience in assistant or office management roles
- Organizational skills, initiative, and a structured work style
- Enjoyment of communication – both written and verbal
- Proficiency in digital tools (MS Office, Social Media)
- Interest in sustainability and enthusiasm for e-mobility
