As a company, SPARK is a member of the DGNB (German Sustainable Building Council). Our team also includes DGNB Registered Professionals who are experts in real estate sustainability.
In summary, at SPARK, we combine years of experience in the implementation and reporting of ESG measures for real estate. Implementation includes identifying and carrying out suitable construction measures with the aim of obtaining certification according to, e.g., DGNB or LEED standards. Our team's experience in ESG reporting includes the development and maintenance of cross-fund reporting frameworks according to GRESB.
